To maintain the brilliance of your pieces, we recommend avoiding contact with water, perfumes, and lotions. Store your jewelry in the provided GONA pouch when not in use and clean gently with a soft microfiber cloth.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the domestic region. International shipping can take between 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Jewelry must be unworn, in its original packaging, and with all security tags attached. Please note that earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes, every GONA JEWELRY purchase includes a 6-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, loss, or normal wear and tear.
